big ribs...little ribs

found these this weekend. hope they have more :laugh:



some witchy red, cowlick, and some white sugar and a big hunk of oak



added some babybacks



sauced with some babyrays







didnt look like enough for the five of us so heated up some pull and some cobs :laugh:

Good looking cook.....beef ribs seem to be the front runner this summer. I seldom see them that meaty.

i never see them like that, couldnt pass them up for the 19 dollars they wanted for them, those little babybacks cost more. i know where to look and who to ask for next time
