New Mini...Really Photoheavy

Hello Fellow Eggers,
My wife has fed my addiction by delivering a new mini to me for Father's Day! What a great day it was.
Tonite I went to the grocery store to find the perfect food to initiate my egg. I found a three pack of t-bone lamb chops. I took em home, applied Montreal steak seasoning, Traeger's Veggie Shake, and EVOO. Fired up my little egg with some Ozark Oak that she got for me at Fred's and had a Mini cookout. I did em direct as hot as I could get it, and then shut em in after a few turns and flips.

Congratulations on the mini, I guess you cook lamb like beef? I have been wanting to egg some after trying it on vacation last year. Well great break-in cook on the mini :laugh: Makes me want one now.

Steve....isn't the Mini a real marvel.....heats up so fast...keeps temp forever & consumes nothing of charcoal my sentimental best.. welcome to the club:woohoo:
