Atleast that's what I told these pork butts . First use of the "rig" with pork butts and man-o-man does it make it easy to cook 4 or more at a time. I can see where 6 would be very easy with this set-up as well.

Man, those look great! It always amazes me how much you can fit on an egg. LOL, my perspective is very slanted, I cook for myself on a medium and that much good looking food would last me a long, long, long time. :woohoo:

Ya mean hung over? shoot Molly, Had some pals over last night and I guess the chops, butternut squash and bakers wasn't enough. I fired up the large at 3 am for a Cow Lick Tri tip at 650 mostly frozen. :woohoo:

No kids or wife so...Back to being a kid again

Lol. I took 2 to my in-laws for a get together today and left all that was left. Will be takeing a couple pounds to work on Monday and the rest is all mine :evil: !

Spider in the bottom with large pizza stone and drip pan on the spider. Then the rig sits on the fire ring with lowest shelf and top shelf holding the meat. Lots of room.

I've never actually used the Blues hog rub but will check and make sure they do order if they haven't yet.
I used Bad Byron's Butt Rub on these, first time trying it, and we all loved it. Gonna get them carrying that also I hope .

Looks good and certainly as easy to cook 4 as 1 with this method. The more the more pounds we get on us. Oh well.
