This is obviously a green question but which recipe is CWM's? I've seen him post a hundred times about the ribs and all but I don't see your(his) recipe.

CWM, thanks for the advice on the ribs. I loved them and everyone who tasted them were very happy. I did them Sunday and they ended cooking for about 5 hours at 250. Bumped it up to 275 to finish with the sauce and sat down and chowed out.
RGBHV, a note, Remember that temp and time can vary. I followed the temp suggestion to the tee on my first rib session and they took very long. Just keep cooking them til they pull back from the bone about an inch to an inch and a half like Carwash Mike says. Just being patient and letting them cook versus trying to hit a target time is my best advice to you. Good luck and happy eating.
