Rib eyes.
First marinated in soy sauce and worchestershire mixture then cooked on a hot BGE to 145 and just right!
My pictures haven't been working very good lately so this is another trial.
Here they are with a little Raising the Steaks.
On the fire.
Ready to eat!

The beer is a dark german "stark" style beer made to celebrate the "Little Brewery in Shiner" first 100 years. A really good beer.

The marinade is pretty good. I use 3/4 soy sauce and 1/4 Worchestershire. I started using it on dove breasts and it was so good that I tried it on steaks.
-
I am going to give it a try, thanks for the portions.
