Last Minute Man(me)knew when I pulled out to Peoria I would forget one thing
I get there and realized I left the card table in the shed  :pinch:
Pulled an "egret" and politely invaded RRP's(Rutland Repair Pro :woohoo: ) real estate. SSN686 briefly filled me in on the egret story when I told him of my invasion
You can see in a couple of the pics it was a little crammed  I think he blew a Rutland :woohoo:  when I temporarily and accidentally set my wheat rolls on top of his covered chocolate cake, which was wonderful by the way. I hope it didn't put a cramp in your eggin' Ron. You and the Mrs. were an eggin' machine
Monkey bread, ABTs, Reubens, Hodags, wings, chocolate cake. I heard your timer alarm going off in my sleep last night :woohoo:
In all seriousness, a special thanks to the kind hosts(staff) and eggers. ILL EGGER BROS and crew(killer flank skewers and thanks for letting me borrow the grill brush , SSN686 and Egghatter(great sausage/cheese rolls I am looking forward to a shrimpburger at a Fest in the future
Wish I took more pics, was having too much fun socializing. I took off a little later than anticipated because of it
The well-oiled machine Mr. and Mrs. RRP
RRP's Monkey Bread
SSN686 and Egghatter serving their Sausage/Cheese Rolls
Did 40 of these little guys. I haven't had the chance to egg these at home and thought why not scale them down for the Eggfest. Thanks Fidel for the inspiration Chicken breast, provolone, peppered bacon, lettuce, roma, and dinner rolls from the bakery with a little spread of Bomba. Got 40 people to try Bomba out of one jar, lots of positive feedback Check out the Gerber Bomba Rationing Tool
Looking forward to next year, might even add another Eggfest(OKC or Texas)
So guard your tables ladies and gents
As always, thanks for reading

You forgot your card table??!! Good Lord, son.....you need at least 3 8' tables for a fest! I never bothered bringing mine because I always had volunteers begging me to use their tables! He has only stolen my rib notes to light his egg.
An entire bottle of rub for ABTs.
A Global knife.
Set my cutting board, ect on my cooler. So he could use my table.
Thrown a golf club farther than he hit it a golf ball.
Give the man a break!
