OK -- Goin' upstairs with two hunks-a dough which have been hibernating in the downstairs fridge... Jewish Challah bread, comin' up in just about three hours!

Are there other types of Challah other than Jewish ? Being of the Jewish Persuasion I know of only one kind of Challah. Challah is Challah. As long as you are enjoying it is all that matters. Also, bread pudding and/or french toast is very good when challah is used. Enjoy !
