Sorry about the post-'n-Poof from last night. T'was late -- and I just got back from church... checkin' my compu-stuffs...

Why don't I post pics...? Don't have a camera. Alas!

OK -- Goin' upstairs with two hunks-a dough which have been hibernating in the downstairs fridge... Jewish Challah bread, comin' up in just about three hours!

    Are there other types of Challah other than Jewish ? Being of the Jewish Persuasion I know of only one kind of Challah. Challah is Challah. As long as you are enjoying it is all that matters. Also, bread pudding and/or french toast is very good when challah is used. Enjoy !
