Ovecooked Butt?

So, I slept a little late this mornng (yes, I was drinking last night). I went out side to a screeching alarm from my DigiQ. Butt was 205. I had the ramp on so the egg was around 220.

Anyway, I'm feeding some first timers today, do ya'll think it will be OK?

Don't worry, it will pull apart so easy and it will taste great. Many people intentionally take their butts to this point before pulling off the cooker. Enjoy!

If when you pull it is seems a bit drier then add a little extra sauce :woohoo: :woohoo:

You will notice no difference my friend. Had one or two hit the 205 mark myself. They were the same as all the rest. GREAT!
