That looks wonderful! I am jealous with the corn...

Thanks, I prefer to cook them still in the husks but when my wife asks to put something on the egg I usually do.

Mark,
Nice-looking meal! That giant porterhouse has got me thinking steak this weekend! -
You are making me hungry! Steak sounds great right now.
-
I wasn't thinking steaks when I went in to Sams to get some BBacks for this weekend but then I saw these and just had to get 'em; I don't even think they were choice but they turned out great although a little more well done than I would have liked, my BGE thermopen takes forever to get to the actual temp.

I can't tell you how many instant-read thermometers I had to buy before finally going with a Thermoworks. Everyone here receommended the Thermapen, and when I went to order mine, they had a new unit called the MTC which can use different style probes in addition to the same probe used on the Thermapen.
It's worth the money, you won't regret it. I should have just gone with them in the first place. -
:side: Beanie-Bean, I was of the same mind. Finally got a Thermapen and then the dog "retrieved" it Back to square one

:( have also found steaks 1 - 1 1/4" thick tend to get a little more well done by the time the outside gets to lookin' just right
