There is nothin easier than cookin up some good flank steak. I took them out of the package, spread some minced garlic on both sides and dusted with Cowlick. Cook each side for about 3-4 minutes direct at about 650°F, giving a half turn about 2 min. in to each side for some nice grill marks. Pull it and put two squares of butter on the top to melt while steak is resting for 5 minutes and slice thin.

If you want an internal temp to pull it at, go with 130° F.
