Wings on the XL - Question

I'm planning on doing some wings on the XL for a small group of folks, 4-6 adults total. How many could I fit on the XL grate do you think? I'm planning on doing them direct since I want them to get a bit crispy. I've not cooked wings at all before, though I have done several spatchcock chickens, both direct and indirect. the indirect chicken had to cook much longer and it didn't firm up the way I want these wings to.

Also, can anyone give me an idea on what seasonings to use? I'm thinking of ordering some of the Dizzy Pig stuff, but not sure which one. I'm tempted to just spend $70 and order all 11 bottles.
