I saw your finished cook. It looks great! :woohoo: I pull and pack mine in gallon ziplocks all the time, it works great. I do not sauce, I just include a bit of the fat to keep it moist when reheating. I let the guests have their choice of sauce and how much.

One question? How come you didn't use your medium too? You probably could have pulled off the entire cook at once. :)

    Thanks Cory. I was taking the large for a ride to see how it runs. Four stuffed gallon bags. The total weight was 21.5lbs. Raw was close to 35lbs. I saused very lightly. This was fun to do. Thank you for your help! Another next weekend.
