Cooked some ribs today on one of the medium BGE's.
Rubbed with a 50 % base of Dizzy Dust, then some Raging River and a light dusting of Swamp venom to finish..
I realized that I didn't have any sauce left after I cleaned out the fridge and forgot to buy a few of my favorites online. ...So my only viable option at the grocery store was some Sweet Baby Ray's. When I got home I noticed I had a bottle of Hog Wild Killa Wet Sauce (which I never used before and don't even know where I got it from) so I mixed some of that in as well.
Cooked at approx 235 deg. with a mix of hickory and cherry.
Next time, I need to pay more attention to how I position the wood. Early on, there was little some coming from the vents.. Need to position closer to the initial burn to get more smoke earlier on.
Looking forward to getting the XL soon.
