Thought I'd share this.
Just came across an old e-mail from our campus executive chef regarding a recipe that he had served.
This was killer. He stressed that these are just the ingredients...no amounts...he just puts everything in a blender and goes by taste and consistency.
Roasted Poblano Peppers (peeled)
Fresh minced garlic
Rough chopped cilantro
Fresh Lime Juice
Red Wine Vinegar
Salt & Pepper
