I was thinking...Not a good thing. If people would like I could put together a PDF OKC Eggfest Recipe Book.

Now the only way this can be done is "if" the cooks want to send me the recipes. Once finished I could either Post it or see if the Whiz would put it on his site...

So any takers????

I must say that the Hum Bao was absolutely, hands-down the best thing I ate there. Tremendous! I'm probably going to do some pulled pork next weekend so that I have an excuse to make Hum Bao with the leftovers. Thanks Egginator!

I would just cut and past to an email..once I have them collected my little wife will make them all purdy and I will then convert them to pdf book form...

I just sent ya the wings I did Saturday. It is in forum cookbook and in poultry section....Georgia Red Wings by Wise One. Turned out very good.
