Had the inlaws over for Masters coverage and some ribs on Sunday. Haven't done ribs in over a year, no real reason why. Cook 2 racks of baby backs, marinated in yellow mustard and dizzy dust overnight. Also did a few beef short ribs in dizzy dust overnight. Cooked for 5 hours or so at 240, indirect. Planned on doing 3 2 1, but didn't have any HD foil, tore up the regular foil and said the hell with it. Flipped every 2 or 3 commercials, 30 or 45 minutes, and sprayed with apple juice. Did not sauce at the end. Rave review, like damn near everything I cook on the EGG. Oh, egged some beans too. They were mediocre as I didn't saute onion, bacon, or leftover pulled pork. Here are the pics.
