Can anyone share the best beef tenderloin recipe for use on the egg??? Or do you have a perfect beef filet recipe I could us??? thanks in advance

    are you doing fillets or the whole tenderloin???
    if whole make sure to fold the tail back over and tie it so the meat is the same diameter for the whole length therby avoiding the thin part being over cooked.

    also tenderloin is a low fat meat anything past medium will be dry and tough

    If whole, you can cook it to 125, tent and then slice and put into Au Jus to cook further.
    We do them quite a bit and usually just steak them up, sear and simmer to 128 r so.
    One of my favorites for sure, right next to some Smashed Potatoes.
