I used the sample pack from my shipment a couple weeks ago to make a Pineapplehead tart. 2 Anjou pears, 2 Bosc Pears, 2 Fuji apples, peeled and diced with nothing but lemon juice and PH in a shallow Tart pan. will do the taste test tonight after work for dessert but it sure looks good.
400 for 45 minutes, could have used another 10.

After, and smelling awesome

How did it taste and would you do anything differently?
    Indirect heat?
My wife wants details  It looks great!

    greetings,
it turned out to be very different. i tasted it right out of the package and it definetly takes on a more pungent flavor once it is cooked. i will be doing a little more experimenting soon and think i will add some crushed pineapple to the next one. i like fruit tarts that are all natural and only the flavor of the fruit without the added sugars. it is a keeper and a work in progress. i did mine direct with a raised grill. try it you will like it......
