Brisket burger????

I bought a 3.5# beef brisket flat from Costco yesterday. I want to grind it up to make brisket burgers.

I am looking for suggestions on how much bacon to grind with the brisket to give it a good flavor & fat ratio? Does anyone have any suggestions. BTW the flat is well trimmed..

or should I just add some ground sausage with the brisket when grinding?

any suggestions are appreciated...
