Was going to start these yesterday afternoon but had a family gathering and then put if off till night but was just too tired. So got it on around 6 this morning.
Found a butt sale Friday. 20.9#

wicked good up to the fire ring, pecan and cherry chunks mixed in. plate setter legs up with drip pan 240f dome till 200f internal.

I put a little on a chicken breast the other night and was pretty good. I will report back on how it works out on pork.
