Hey Guys-

Just three weeks until the Oklahoma Eggfest!

The La Quinta is totally full, so if you still need a hotel room, there are some available at the Hilton Garden Inn which is just down the street from the Eggfest. The address is 3201 NW 137th St, Oklahoma City, OK and the rate is $109.00 a night. Give them a call at 405-752-5200.

Also if you are planning to attend and have not registered yet, please do so by next Friday, April 3. I need to get a good final count of cooks, t-shirts, golfers, etc.

This is shaping up to be our largest Eggfest to date. I'll post a "Who's Cooking" list next week after I get all the registration forms in.

Can't wait to see everyone!

    Don't worry, all the snow will be gone by the Fest time. But we will save plenty of wind for you. Last Monday it was around 85°: tonight through tomorrow it should snow. Sunday's forcast is back into the 60's.

    I know I don't post a ton here, but I bought a large egg a year ago at the Eggfest.

    I just sent in my registration to attend this year's, and my wife and I are excited.

    I probably will try to cook up some pizza and/or maybe some fajitas for something that can be accomplished in a few hours time. I hope to see everyone there, and meet some fellow eggers.
