Family is wild over Skeen Burgers

I made recipe for Skeen Burgers from Cooking Light Magazine June issue
My family went wild over.. Dad this is a keeper!
1 1/4 cup crushed reduced fat ritz crackers (about 20 crackers)
1/2 cup applesauce
1 1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce
1/4 tsp garlic powder
2 lbs ground round
1 pkg onion soup mix ie liptons
Mix all above and form into patties
Cook on egg[p]eggcellent burger[p]The name of the burger is from a family in North Carolina that created it
