Bone in Ribeye on the Mini, with a dusting of Dizzy Pig Raising the Steaks....

And this was a fine compliment, worth searching for. Great, unique, inexpensive wine that goes wonderfully with anything grilled and smokey:

The Mini is so easy and fun to make a fine meal on after a tough week at work....

It's a blast, you'll love it! I think of it as the toaster oven of grilling. So easy to use, yet so good....

Sounds great, I like the long cooks. Throw an onion on the lump for a great aroma if you have one. I love doing that, the neighbors want to know what the heck I'm cooking.

    Hope it goes well.

It was indeed, thanks! But I did have a little spinach and Brussels Sprouts on the side, to round things out.... :P

I'm going with peach and pecan wood this time, but the onion sounds like like a great idea, I'll try it next time, thanks!
