Did these a few days ago and they turned out pretty good. They each weighed around 15 lbs

Those were some mammoth butts @ 15lbs each! They look great!

Maybe 15 lbs total, but not each. It's barely possible to put 30lbs. on one grate on a large let alone with grate space left over. Nice butts just the same!

uhh....after doing a little brine for a few days..that is what they weighed.
