set the plate setter down taking of the CI grate and oops...looked at some older posts on repair and am left with the key question we do have a repair glue/cement that can be used that is non toxic that you guys suggest :ermm:

JB Weld will work fine. Coat both ends of the break and re-attach.
Mine has held together prefectly since I broke it about 2 years ago. -
You can also drill holes on both sides of the crack, and wire it back together kinda like shoelaces.
