Dinosaur BBQ Chicken

Last night my egg finally saw some action. Chicken breast with Dinosaur BBQ Cajun Foreplay Rub, and Slathering Sauce. a fav of mine. 400 indirect rasised rack. Garlic bread and zucchini wrapped below. The Eggshot.

    Have you ever just sliced the zucninni the long way and just put on the grid like the chicken? That is how I do mine and I like it very much. I like to pull it when it just starts to get soft so it is just a little crunchy.

    aahhhh...good stuff Tom...I keep some of that slatherin sauce and a couple bottles of the cajun foreplay around at all times..nice! ;)

    We have done the zucchinni that way and it is very good. Zucchini onions and Mrs Dash is a frequent side dish for us.
