pork chops

i cooked some chicken thighs yesterday with a coating of flour and corn startch and spices and they turned out great. im going to cook some pork chops today. do you think that would work on the pork chops? i cooked the thighs at 350 direct raised grid. the chops are 1 inch thick. thanks for any reply

    brine the pork first, pull when internal temp is 130 and let rest for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
