Mustard-Based Rub...

Does anyone have a good mustard-based rub / marinade for steak or pork? I like the flavor, but haven't done too much investigating on different types...I just egg'd my first pork butt this past weekend...10 hours at 220 and I had to take the "pieces" off it fell apart so well...
