Last Nights Burger

Nothing really special but I haven't posted much recently. We had a little snow on the ground for pretty much all of January which is unusual. Here my Egg heating up.


Yes that is Kingsford lump. I haven't had the time to search out something better. The snow on the table didn't melt at all, it still looks like that.

Wegmans turkey burger on a pita topped with last weekends Top Chef pickled carrots and onions and some fancy mustard spread with black bean salad. Sorry a little blurry I didn't use my tripod.

Looks good! Nice Mexican or Southwest touch. Is that pickled carrots and onions on the burger? Did you make them?

The wife made the pickled carrots and onions last weekend. They are from the Top Chef Cookbook and went on pulled pork last weekend.
