Cooked a pair from Costco. Pulled @ 130º and gave them a 5 minute rest.

They were cooked to 130º internal.
I make my own rub which is very simple - salt, ground black pepper, garlic powder, oninon powder, oregano and cayenne.
These got an extra shot of garlic.

Just like my brother, he's got a dog named "Harley" but doesn't own a Harley.
On the other hand, I own a Harley but none of my dogs are named "Harley". :laugh: -
