One nice thing about Lent is for some of us it forces us to have fish once a week. Some time back I jotted down a salmon recipe from a Harry Schwartz (PBS) show. I've slightly altered it to our likings and have finally decided it worth posting in the submitted recipe section. My only trouble was sitting aside enough smoked salmon to make the spread the next day as I am always polishing it all off at supper!
