Anybody made the Focaccia recipe from Cooks Illustrated(or any other source) on the BGE? If so, can you give me some advice on a method and recipe.

I can't help you with the foccacia Thats the first double egged pizza I've seen. I have the same porcelain tile in my shower. Dang stuff is so hard it took six drill bits to drill the six holes to mount the shower door.

If you already have a pizza dough that you like, add a bit more oil to the dough and up your hydration. The dough should be pretty wet & sticky, and the oil will help with the proper texture in the crumb. You can cook them freeform or put them in a baking dish. Once you have it in the appropriate form, take your 10 fingers and press them into the dough then drizzle a good bit of olive oil on top and then your spices/herbs/cheese.
