Early Bday gift--an addition to the family

Well, I got an early birthday gift from my kids and wife---the wife said the kids couldn't take it anymore and they had to give me my gift early!!!

I guess this means the kids and wife actually love meals cooked on the egg. Who would have guessed I would own 3 eggs (all within a 6-7 month period)!! Now I have a mini, medium, and large. The kids tell me I can take the mini camping and tailgating with us.

Thanks for all the kind words about my family. You are all right, I am very blessed to have a two wonderful healthy kids and a beautiful wife.

Can't wait to cook on the mini but it will have to wait until
Thursday---we already planned on cooking meatloaf tomorrow and I don't think that will fit on the mini.
