My first shrimp dinner on the egg

everything but the pasta and salad dressing on the egg gotta say, made some tender shrimp! I think I need the grate lower to get a little more "char" on them though.

Most importantly, the wife, the real shrimp lover, said it came out excellent and not to change a thing

the sauce.. 2 tomatoes, onion, garlic, asparagus, basil and lemon.

very nice ... i like the asparagus in the sauce.. need to try asparagus and tomato... have not done that thanks for the idea
