costco pork loin

Doing some ribs and a pork loin today for the games. When I was rubbing up the meat last night I noticed the loin almost looks like two. It's tied and cut down the middle (not all the way through) and it looks like a nice fat cap on both sides. I didn't cut the strings to open it up but it looks like if I did I could have two loins. Am I nuts or am I maybe used to getting a half a pork loin from the store. This is the first time I've gotten a pl from costco. Brett

  • We tried to get there, we've been having some family stuff going on the past couple of weeks and couldn't make it happen. I dropped Scott an e-mail this a.m.. Saw your pictures and it looked like a nice time.
