Tried something new tonight. Two of these were stuffed with kalamata olives, feta, and spinach then seasoned with Cavendars. The other was stuffed with proscuitto, mozzerella, and spinach then seasoned with salt, pepper and dried italian herbs. They turned out pretty good. We had it with some asparagus, onion and portabella mushroom. Trying to eat a little more healthy.... ;)

Cooked direct at 400 till 160 degrees in the center.
