this is close to what I do, less season salt & little more of the others. It is an east coast/Maryland thing. yes, I use a slicer. Give it a try if you like roast beef but like more complex spices.

Trust me ..we make it regularly..always thought it was just a " Del Mar Va " thing...but this kinda eats needs to be shared..Dr BBQ even included it one of his cookbooks...it is an awesome treat..

got plenty of pics of past Eggfests on my website...pretty sure I saw Dale post that this years event was going to be the 3rd or 4th of May..send me an e mail with some contact info and I will be more than happy to fill you in with any details I can..

I can do that, but I was thinking it would be helpful to all the eggheads and guest for if you to do a posting of the info on this event. I am sure there are others interested.
