Hard to imagine a way that an egg nest can suddenly end up 30 feet from the egg that is in it. I figured out a way. My EZ-up canopy was tied down in 3 places. To my trailer wheel, a large electric spool and to the stand of my large egg. The egg is pretty heavy ya know, and it would take a lot of wind to cause any issues. Well, we got a lot of wind the other day.

The canopy ended up upside down, but was still tied to everything. The egg was on the ground and the stand was 30 feet away in the vegetable garden...still attached to the line.

Happy ending, the egg and canopy are fine. Only casualty was the globe on my lantern.

Carfeul out there campers! LOL.
Hope yalls new year is off to a good start!
