My son replaced the gasket on my large a few weeks ago. Evidently I have fried part of it. Cook to many steaks at high temps. Trying to do a low and slow of ribs and the egg leaks air like a sieve. Can't keep the temp where I want it. Got some gasket left, so, tomorrow I've got a little job to do. New Years is not starting out well in the Egg Department. Hope you'll are have a great New Years.
