I've got to get excited this morning about my beloved Bearcats playing in the orange bowl. I can't believe they went through 5 quarterbacks this season.

I've got some chuck roast on the egg right now. Just browning it up and giving it a smoke flavor before I drop it in a cast iron dutch oven and return it to egg for several hours of simmering. It should be ready for the the 8:30 pm kickoff.
