From a lurker...

Got my egg as an early xmas present about a month ago. Don't ask, I'm not complaining...and what a gift it is!! Talk about a great wife.

First, a proper table and the assistant chef.


Only looks like this once.


First cook, some baby backs, low and slow.


Last 45 mins were in the pan, covered in sauce.


Thanksgiving was a hybred-mad-max.




DONE!

That's a gorgous bully you have. Glad he manages the 5 second rule for you. I don't think anything makes it to the ground for a second. with my assistant around.
