blackened catfish seared @ 600

    Your pizza looks great how well does your crust turn out? First time I have ever saw one cooked direct on the plate setter like that. I busted my pizza stone and have not replaced it yet so I might just try it like that.

    crust turned out good...but, I have never had a pizza stone, so I don't have anything to compare it to

    I never noticed the prilosec in the picture

    also, this was not all for one meal. It was over a couple of days
