I was going to give you an update on the off topic Chemex coffeemaker post I did about a week ago...
I got the Chemex 8 cup CM-3 handblown model in the day before Thanksgiving.
I have used it everyday since then and HAVE NOT been disappointed it reminds me of the BGE in that regard.
If you can boil water you can make great coffee with the Chemex :woohoo:
It is a little more work to make coffee with but the results are worth it. Sorta like the egg versus gas grill.
The egg wins by a mile!!
