First I would like to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving, especially to those who are serving, have friends or relatives serving and those that served themselves. Our hearts and prayers are with you.
Cooked because dear son was upset that we had considered going out to eat. No guests just the four of us today.
Did the turkey in the Egg for the first time, usally do the Fried Turkey. Was good, although I could have proably Iced down the breast a little longer. We made cornbread dressing (southern thing), mashed potatoes, sweet potato casseole, green bean casserole, rolls, gravy and pumpkin pie for dessert.
Now three days to eat off leftovers.
The guest of honor (with one of the reasons I am thankful):
The side dishes and son who did not want to go out to eat.

dinner was awesome, now dishes are done, nothing to do but relax and watch football. I guess I will finish watching the Cowgirls finish beating the Seachickens, and then Texas dismatle the Aggies.
Hey Poolman, you better pray there is not an upset.
Thanks all for the compliments, after buying the Eggs, kitchen doesn't get used as much as it did when we first moved in. But it is where everyone hangs out. -
Is that for 4 or 14-lotta food and leftovers!! Looks great!! Mike
-
TNmike, That would be four. But I grew up with 5 brothers and 2 sisters all big eaters, so I tend to always prepare more. Wife says I always over do it also.

I'd like to see an updated picture when you get the chance. I had better see a chair with "Big'un" written on it!

Hey AG, long time no read. I was wondering if you were still around the forum. Actually I have kinda been skippin out during the summer. Very busy ya know. I hope you are getting alot of use out of that fancy outdoor kitchen. Anyway, goodlooking feast. Happy thanksgiving.

Firetruck,
I have been around but haven't been posting as much. I am getting lots of use out of the outdoor kitchen, too bad that it is getting cool now. May crank up the fireplace for son's b-day party next weekend.
