Whew! Glad to have that sucker on. :laugh: I can't get my temps above 275 tho.. without removing the daisy wheel on top. I'm wondering if my thermometer has carbon build up on it to the point of indicating a lower temp. Don't have any of that hi-tech gadgetry some of you pros have. Just a couple of aged Polders.

Do turkeys come bigger than 25 lbs.? Biggest one I've ever done on my egg.
