I bought a 5.5 lb Rib roast on sale @ Publix
the other day. How many pounds per hour should it take to cook @ 350 indirect?

I cook them 450* for 30min. or Sear and then roast for 17min. per lb. pull at 130* internal for med rare. I'll be cooking one for dinner tonight
