First butt

Cooking my first Boston Butt's tonight. Just put on at 11pm; started the fire at 10:30 and watched for it to settle in at a nice 250. Now that I've added the meat, will watch a little while longer to make sure the temp is steady. Will advise on results tomorrow evening.
