Quick Boston Butt Question

I just bought 17+ lbs worth of Boston Butts from Sam's... and it appears to be 2 Boston Butts in one package.

If I'm cooking them at the same time on my Large BGE, should I stick my meat probe in the smaler one, and take it off when it's 195 internal... then stick the meat probe in the larger one, and take it off after it's 195?

And just to make sure I'm estimating the cook time correctly, I'm looking at 1.5 - 2 hrs per pound times the weight of the larger one... NOT 1.5 - 2 hrs per TOTAL weight of both butts, right? (Because I'm cooking 2 approx 8 lb butts, not 1 17 lb butt...)

THANKS!! :)
