I just finished two Raspberry/Roasted Chipotle, mustard marinated, bacon-wrapped, pepper encrusted pork tenderloins for my wife's luncheon tomorrow. Yes, they are as good as they sound, and, if I weren't married, they'd be a great way to pick up chicks. (Unless, of course they're married, 7 1/2 months pregnant and becoming BGE sensitive). [p]But, since I am married, and old, and follically (hair) challenged, the only thing that I have to concern me is how to restore some warmth to these guys tomorrow without screwing up the taste. Does anyone have any ideas, or should I just have her serve them cold?
