I have never cooked rack of lamb in my egg. I was thinking about putting a rub on it and cooking like ribs...300 degrees for about two hours. Any thoughts or advice?

trust me, rack of lamb doesn't get any better than this!!. ..if you don't have dizzy pig red eye express, go with some cow lick or raising the steaks, and if you don't have any of that, go with a nice rub of garlic, salt and pepper.. .but stick with chris's cooking technique ...you won't go wrong. .. .it is basically a t-rex type of cook, and it comes out absolutely fantastic ...

Max,
I hot tub them now and then like 90 seconds nuclear. I wrap the bones in foil and double vac seal. Trust me they are amazing.
